PROFITsystems Acquires EasyChair Software
Retail Furniture Software Provider Solidifies Leading Market Position
On December 7, 2007 PROFITsystems acquired EasyChair Software, a competing firm, located in Minneapolis, MN. EasyChair has been in business since 1986.
The acquisition strengthens our status as the premier provider of revenue-enhancing software for the home goods industry. Both PROFITsystems and EasyChair clients will benefit from combining EasyChair’s expertise and unique features with our technological leadership and corporate strength. The new entity is poised to improve customer service levels for all clients and to reduce operating costs while growing sales.
