4- Point Guarantee
We guarantee that our furniture consulting and profit consulting best practices and procedures will provide you with the opportunity for enhanced profits and efficiencies, if you follow our recommendations.

Here’s our four-point pledge:

Point 1:
After our first day of on-site consulting, if you don’t believe our programs, systems, and processes are the very best you’ve ever encountered, we’ll stop service and refund all fee payments you have made, exclusive of our expenses.

Point 2:
If, at any time during our engagement, you feel you are not getting your expected value from our work, we’ll stop service and refund any consulting fees, exclusive of our expenses, that you may have paid us against future work to be performed.

Point 3:
Any time you feel that our work has been performed in an unsatisfactory manner or that promised work was not adequately completed, we will work with you to determine how we can repeat or complete our work to your satisfaction with no additional consulting fees charged to you. You will be responsible for expenses.

Point 4:
If you follow our recommendations and fully employ all systems, processes, and procedures you will have the opportunity of achieving improved profitability and long term financial success.
